This rich and complex sauce combines the fruity heat of red habaneros with the deep savoury notes of black garlic, the subtle sweetness of Welsh honey, and the roasted character of coffee stout. The result is a smooth, full-bodied hot sauce with layers of flavour that unfold with every bite.

Perfect for burgers, barbecue, steak, pulled pork, pizza, sausages and mature cheeses, Dark Matter delivers a warming heat without overpowering the food it's paired with.

Made in small batches in Pembrokeshire using quality ingredients and our own home-grown chillies, this is a true limited-edition release.
