Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our unit in Neyland. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to collect.

Seasonal Availability

Chilli plants are highly seasonal in their growing habits and these seasonal differences vary according to the type of chilli being grown. Chillies are grown all over the world so not all chillies grow in the same conditions or at the same rate, or even at the same time of the year. This affects availability and there may be times where a product is mistakenly advertised as available on the website when these seasonal differences mean it is not. We will always endeavour to do our absolute best to provide accurate availability information.
