Chilli plants are highly seasonal in their growing habits and these seasonal differences vary according to the type of chilli being grown. Chillies are grown all over the world so not all chillies grow in the same conditions or at the same rate, or even at the same time of the year. This affects availability and there may be times where a product is mistakenly advertised as available on the website when these seasonal differences mean it is not. We will always endeavour to do our absolute best to provide accurate availability information.
7. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by email that the goods you ordered have been dispatched to you. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We accept payment via Shopify Pay which covers all popular cards and we also accept PayPal. Payment must be received in full before products are dispatched. If your payment is declined, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
9. Delivery/Shipping

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
