Ginger Beard's Original Mango Chutney

Our mango chutney plays on sweet and sour notes that go with any kind of curry or as a great dipping sauce for pakora or bhajis. The Nigella seeds add a slight bitter fruitiness to the chutney which makes it one of a kind!
