This deliciously rich and creamy cheese bake celebrates the flavours of a classic Welsh rarebit, combining Black Bomber extra mature Cheddar with mustard, craft ale and a splash of Worcester sauce. Presented in a reusable terracotta ramekin, all you need to do is bake it in the oven until bubbling hot and serve it with rustic sourdough bread, slices of apple and a long glass of golden ale.
