Spicy Sweet Chilli Cauliflower Bites (Vegan)
Crispy, sticky, and ridiculously moreish — the ultimate plant-based treat!
Ingredients:
1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
100g plain flour
150ml plant milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp Pembrokeshire Chilli Farm Rub (your choice of heat)
2 tbsp Pembrokeshire Chilli Farm Maple Madness Sauce (for glazing)
A little sliced spring onion for garnish
Method:
1 Preheat oven to 200°C (or use an air fryer at 180°C).
2 Mix flour, plant milk, baking powder, and rub into a smooth batter.
3 Coat cauliflower florets and place on a lined baking tray.
4 Bake/air fry until golden and crispy (20–25 mins).
5 Toss in Maple Madness Sauce until coated and sticky, add spring onion
6 Serve hot with extra sauce for dipping.
