Ingredients
- 250g Lean Minced Beef
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 Clove Garlic (crushed)
- 1 Beef Stock Cube
- Sliced Mushrooms (optional)
- 1 Small Can Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 Tablespoon Tomato Puree
- 1 Teaspoon Reapers Creepers Chilli Sauce
- 220g Spaghetti
- Olive Oil (For cooking)
Method
STEP 1 - Set the hob to medium-high heat.
STEP 2 - In a large pan, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. Add 250g of lean minced beef, the chopped onion, and crushed garlic. Fry until the onions are soft, and the meat is browned.
STEP 3 - Add the sliced mushrooms (optional) to the pan and fry for 3 minutes.
STEP 4 - Crumble in the beef stock cube and stir in the small can of chopped tomatoes, 1 tablespoon of tomato puree, and 1 teaspoon of Reaper's Creepers Chilli Sauce. Allow the mixture to simmer for 20 minutes.Top of Form
STEP 5 - While the sauce simmers, cook 220g of spaghetti according to package instructions in a separate pot with salted boiling water until al dente.
STEP 6 - Drain the cooked spaghetti and mix it into the Bolognese sauce, ensuring an even coating.
STEP 7 - Serve the Spicey Spaghetti Bolognese hot, perhaps with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan or fresh herbs for an extra touch of flavour.
