Ingredients:

- 500g beef sirloin or rump steak, thinly sliced into bite-sized pieces

- 2tbsp olive oil

- Salt and pepper, to taste

- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 red chilli, finely chopped

- 200ml Pembrokeshire Chilli Farm Feast BBQ sauce

- 3tbsp soy sauce

- 2tbsp Worcestershire sauce

- 2tbsp honey

- 1tbsp tomato paste

- 2tbsp brown sugar

- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

- Sesame seeds, for garnish

- Fresh coriander, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the beef:

- Place the thinly sliced beef in a bowl.

- Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- Drizzle 1tbsp of olive oil over the beef and toss to coat evenly.

- Let the beef marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

  1. Prepare the sauce:

- Heat the remaining 1tbsp of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

- Add the chopped onion, minced garlic and chopped red chilli to the pan. Sauté until the onions are soft and translucent, roughly 3-4 minutes.

- Stir in the Feast BBQ sauce, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, tomato paste, brown sugar and apple cider vinegar.

- Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until it thickens slightly.

  1. Cook the beef:

- Heat a separate non-stick pan over a medium-high heat.

- Add the marinated beef slices to the hot pan in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.

- Cook the beef for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned and caramelised.

- Once cooked, transfer the beef to a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.

  1. Combine and serve:

- Once the beef is cooked and the sauce has thickened, add the cooked beef to the pan with the Feast BBQ sauce.

- Toss the beef in the sauce until it is well coated.

- Allow the beef to simmer in the sauce for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavours to fuse together.

- Remove from the heat and transfer the sticky BBQ beef bites to a serving platter.

- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped fresh coriander for garnish.

- Serve hot as a delicious appetiser or as a main dish with rice or noodles.
