Our freshly picked Scotch Bonnet Chillies are perfect if your looking for a hot but not insanly hot chilli, they have a sweeter flavour and stouter shape than a Habanero, a relative with which it is often confused, and gives jerk dishes (pork/chicken) and other Caribbean dishes their unique flavour.
